SuperaSEO's public pages may show an Andesphere assistant called Andy. The assistant stays closed until you choose to open it and send a message.

Data we process

[+] The content of your messages and the assistant's replies.
[+] A technical conversation identifier, used to keep the chat's context.
[+] The page and referring site you use the assistant from.
[+] Technical browser and device data, your IP address and an approximate location derived from it.

What it's used for

Andesphere processes this data to reply to the conversation, keep the service secure, and run and improve it. Please don't include passwords, credentials, customer data or other confidential information in your messages.

This version doesn't ask for your name or email address and doesn't use the chat to capture leads. SuperaSEO doesn't add any analytics events of its own to your conversations with Andy either.
